Under normal circumstances, orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery times vary by location, typically taking 3–7 business days. For custom studio setups and solutions, delivery is coordinated directly alongside our installation timeline.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Applicable charges are displayed during checkout or included in formal custom quotes.

3. Damages in Transit

All shipments are professionally packed and insured. Please inspect your packages immediately upon arrival and report any damage to our team within 24 hours of delivery.
