Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your professional equipment and setups. This policy outlines return conditions and refund processes.

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for items that are received in a damaged condition, have missing components, or are dead on arrival (DOA). Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation intact.

2. Refunds

Once returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse technical team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Solution & Services Cancellation

Cancellations for project solutions (e.g. custom acoustic design, studio build-out, classroom AV setups) are subject to specific milestones and service agreements signed at the project onset.
